All intellectual property rights in and to the Safi brand — including the brand name, logo, design elements, product designs, photography, and marketing materials — are owned exclusively by Safi.

2.1 Trademarks The name "Safi" and all associated logos and design identifiers are the proprietary trademarks of Safi. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under Swedish and EU law.

2.2 Copyright All original content produced by Safi is protected by copyright. No part may be reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written consent.

2.3 Prohibited Actions Without express written authorisation, you may not:

  • Copy or distribute Safi's intellectual property for commercial purposes
  • Use Safi's branding or visual identity in any manner likely to cause confusion
  • Create derivative works based on Safi's designs
  • Register trademarks or domain names confusingly similar to Safi

3. PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

Safi strives to ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate at the time of publication. We reserve the right to modify products, pricing, and availability without prior notice. Product colours displayed online may vary slightly from the physical item due to screen calibration differences.


4. CONSUMER RIGHTS & RETURNS POLICY

As a consumer purchasing from Safi, you are protected under the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act (Konsumentköplagen) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights.

4.1 Right of Withdrawal Customers in the EEA have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, without providing any reason. You must notify us within this period to exercise this right.

4.2 Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition
  • Have all original tags and packaging intact
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that have been personalised or are designated final-sale are excluded unless defective.

4.3 Defective Goods If a product is defective or not in conformity with the contract, you are entitled to remedies under the Consumer Purchase Act, including repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract rescission.


5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safi shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products
  • Loss of profits or data resulting from purchasing decisions based on published information
  • Delays in delivery attributable to third-party logistics providers or force majeure events

Nothing in this clause excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Swedish law.

6.2 Your Rights You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data under GDPR Articles 15–22. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY).
