At Safi, we believe in being straightforward with our customers. This policy outlines exactly how we handle shipping — including realistic timelines, what happens when things go wrong, and how to reach us.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. During product launches, drops, or restocks, processing may extend to 3–5 business days. We will communicate any expected delays in advance through our channels.
Orders placed after 14:00 CET on Friday, or over the weekend, are processed the following Monday. Orders are not processed on Swedish public holidays.
The following are carrier estimates and may vary depending on local conditions, customs processing, and carrier capacity.
Tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout once an order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, the package may be subject to customs inspection and import duties upon arrival. Any applicable fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
All shipments are declared at accurate values. Safi does not falsify customs documentation or mark orders as gifts to avoid fees.
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
If tracking shows a delivered status but the order has not been received, please contact us within 7 days of the listed delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier and keep you informed throughout.
Safi is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout. Please verify your address before placing an order.
Full details on returns and exchanges are covered in our Returns Policy. In summary: items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
If an item arrives faulty or incorrect, we will cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
