01 — Return window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date. The window begins from the delivery date shown in the carrier's tracking system, not the date of purchase. Requests submitted after this period are not eligible, except in cases involving a faulty or incorrectly sent item.


02 — Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with no signs of use
  • All original tags attached and intact
  • In original packaging where possible

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way
  • Items with removed or damaged tags
  • Sale or final-sale items, unless faulty
  • Items returned outside the 14-day window

03 — Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or different from what you ordered, we will cover the return shipping cost in full and offer either a replacement or a full refund — your choice. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and include a photo of the issue.


04 — Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or item of equal value, subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead. Exchange requests follow the same eligibility conditions and must be submitted within the 14-day window.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty. Outbound exchange shipping is covered by Safi for the first exchange per order.


05 — Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.


06 — How to return

  1. Email safi.wearco@gmail.com with your order number, item(s), and reason. Include a photo for faulty items.
  2. We confirm within 24–48 business hours with a return address. Do not send items before confirmation.
  3. Ship the item with tracked postage and retain proof of postage.
  4. Once received and approved, your refund or exchange is processed and confirmed by email.
